(3%) per annum for the years 1921 and 1928 to 1932 inclusive and at the rate of three and one-half per cent. (32%) per annum for the years 1933 to 1937 inclusive. Such payments of interest shall be made as and when directed by the supervisors acting under the authority and within the provisions of the Agreement herein before referred to. This certificate is issued under the terms of the above mentioned agreement in lieu of interest coupons maturing prior to December 31, 1937, and/or interest on debentures matured prior to December 31, 1927, as listed on the reverse hereof. An Act concerning The Village of Gainsboro, being chapter 89 of the statutes of 1919-20, is amended by adding thereto the following section: "4. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act the Minister of Municipal Affairs may alter the area of the said village in accordance with the powers contained in section 19 of The Village Act." |
