Section 132 of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by striking out all the words in the last three lines thereof. 57. Section 140 of said chapter 127 is hereby repealed. 58. Section 150 of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by inserting the words "and upon hearing all parties attending" after the word "purchaser" in the fourth line thereof. 59. Section 163 of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by adding the following thereto : For with a reference to the number under which such estate or interest is registered." 60. Section 175 of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by inserting the words "appointed by the Registrar" after the word "valuator" in the fourteenth line thereof. 61. Form A of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by adding the words" and [in the case of an agent] I am duly authorized by the above-named to make this application, and am of the full age of twenty-one years" after the word "same" in the seventh line of the statutory declaration portion of said form. 62. Form D of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by adding after the word "dollars,” in the fourth line of the solemn declaration portion of said form, the following: "and [in the case of an agent] I am duly authorized by the above-named to make this application, and am of the full age of twenty-one years." 63. Form J of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by closing up the space between the words "at" and "and" in the third line thereof. 64. Form N of said chapter 127 is hereby amended by adding after the word "same," in the seventh line of the solemn declaration portion of said form, the following: "and [in the case of an agent] I am duly authorized by the above-named to make this application, and am of the full age of twenty-one years." 65. Said chapter 127 is hereby amended by adding the following as Form Q to the First Schedule thereof : 66. This Act may be cited as the " British Columbia Land Surveyors Short title. Act Amendment Act, 1913." 2. Section 14 of the "British Columbia Land Surveyors Act," Amends s. 14. being chapter 132 of the "Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1911," is hereby amended by striking out the words "at the office of the Minister of Lands" in the first and second lines thereof, and inserting in lieu thereof the words "or in such other place as may be determined by the Board."
