SEC. 2. SEC. 6. The health officer shall have the power to call upon the city attorney, police department or any of the forcing orders. city officials to enforce the orders of the health department, whenever the regular forces of that department are inadequate. SEC. 9. SEC. 11. SEC. 12. SEC. 13.
