A BILL ΤΟ Afford Facilities for performing Divine Service by W HEREAS it is expedient to afford increased Facilities for Preamble. the Performance of Divine Worship by Ministers of the Church of England and Ireland as established by Law: Be it enacted by the Queen's most Excellent Majesty, by and with 5 the Advice and Consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the Authority of the same, as follows: Ministers of of England and Ireland to perform Divine Service without the Church It shall be lawful for any Minister, duly ordained and licensed by Authorizing the Archbishop of any Province or the Bishop of any Diocese in 10 England or Ireland, to perform Morning or Evening Prayer in the Order and Manner prescribed by the Book of Common Prayer, and to preach or read any Sermon or Lecture, to any Persons assembled in any Place in his or their Occupation within the Limits of the Province of the Archbishop or of the Diocese of the Bishop by whom such 15 Licence shall have been granted, without obtaining the Consent of any Incumbent.
