PREFACE. ་ THE object of this little book is, as its title denotes, to inform Railway Passengers and Railway Companies what are their respective duties, rights, and liabilities, as declared by the Legislature and judicial decisions of the Superior Courts. It is hoped that it will be of use to the travelling public as well as to the legal practitioner. It has been the Author's endeavour to express, as it at present stands, the whole law relating to Railway Passengers in such manner that it may be intelligible to any reader.
