An Act to appropriate a further sum out of the
Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service
of the year ended the thirtieth day of June
One thousand nine hundred and ten.

[Assented to 22nd December, 1911.]

DE E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, Preamble. and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation Short title. Act 1909-10.

2. The sum of Ninety-five thousand eight hundred and fifteen Appropriation pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and ten shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 1 of 1909 for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedule to this Act.

An Act to appropriate a further sum out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and ten for purposes of Additions, New Works, Buildings, &c.

[Assented to 22nd December, 1911.] E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Supplementary Appropriation (Works and Buildings) Act 1909–10.

2. The sum of Sixty-nine thousand one hundred and eight pounds which has been issued from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the service of the year ended the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and ten shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 1 of 1909 for the purposes and services expressed in the Schedule to this Act.

An Act to grant and apply a sum out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twelve and to appropriate the Supplies granted for such year in this and the last preceding session of the Parliament.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, the Senate, Preamble and the House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Australia, for the purpose of appropriating the grant originated in the House of Representatives, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act 1911-12.

2. The Treasurer may issue out of the Consolidated Revenue Issue and Fund, and apply towards making good the supply hereby granted application to His Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June One thousand nine hundred and twelve the sum of Four million one hundred and seventy thousand and twelve pounds.

3. All sums granted by this Act and the other Acts mentioned Appropriation in the First Schedule to this Act out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty, amounting as appears by the said Schedule in the aggregate to the sum of Eight million four hundred and ninety-five thousand three hundred and sixty-four pounds, are appropriated, and shall be deemed to have been appropriated as from the date of the passing of the Act No. 40 of 1910 for the purposes and services expressed in the Second Schedule.
