the Grantor Manor of, &c. aforesaid, to her the faid A. B. for and during her Life, and of the said Messuages and Premisses built as aforesaid upon the faid Parcel of Ground, for and during the Residue of the Term aforesaid, then to come and unexpired; And laulp, it is concluded, &c. that until there be a Failure of Payment of the faid yearly Till Failure Sum of 15 1. or some Part thereof, covenanted of Payment, to be paid as aforesaid to the faid A. B. during to enjoy, &c. her Life, it shall and may be lawful to and for the faid J. B. his Heirs, Executors and Administrators, to take and receive the said yearly Rent of 15 1. issuing and going out of the aforesaid Manor, &c. and the Rents and Profits of the said Messuages and Premisses, to his and their own Ufe and Ufes, without the Hindrance or Interruption of the said A. B. her Executors, Administrators or Affigns, and without any Account to be rendred to her or them for the fame. Articles of Agreement Quinque-Partite, Indented, MPRIMIS, The said first named S. H. for himself and his Heirs, Executors and Administrators, for the Confiderations herein after mentioned, doth covenant, promise and agree, to and with the said P. M. his Heirs and Assigns, by these Presents, That he the first named SH. and E. his Wife, and all and every other Person and Persons, having, or claiming to have or claim, or which ever had any Estate or Intereft in or to the Lands or Tenements herein after mentioned, or any Part thereof, from, by orun der the same S. (that is to say) All that Wood, and Parcel of Wood-ground, &c. and also all Hedges, Ditches, Mounds, Fences, Ways, Water-courses, Profits, *Commodities, Advantages, Hereditaments and Appurtenances to the said several Closes or Parcels of Land, Meadow and Pasture, and other the Premisses, or any of them belonging, or in any wife appertaining, or with them or any of them usually held, occupied or enjoyed as Part, Parcel, or Member thereof. To have and to hold all and fingular the said Closes or Parcels of Land, Meadow, Pasture, Wood-ground, and other the Premisses, unto the said P. M his Heirs and Affigns, or unto fuch other Person or Perfons as he or they shall for that Purpose nominate, and to their Heirs, for and during the Na-tural Life of the said E. the Wife of the said first named S. H. M.covenants Item, The said P. M. for himself, his Heirs, The said P. Executors and Administrators, doth covenant, with the faid promife and agree to and with the faid S. F. and his Heirs, and all and every aforesaid other Person and Persons whatsoever, having or Feme, to the claiming to have or claim, or which ever had faid P. M. and his Heirs for ever. the said Closes, Pieces, or Parcels of Ground, and other the before-mentioned Hereditaments and Premisses, or any Part thereof, either in Pof. feffion, Reversion, Remainder or Expectancy, from, by, or under, or in Trusft for him the fad Sir E. F. his Heirs or Assigns, or any of them, shall and will before the End of the said Easter Term, upon the Request of P. M. his Heirs or Affigns, and at the Costs and Charges in the Law of the said P. M. his Heirs or Affigns, well and sufficiently, and by such Conveyance and Afsurance, and of such Title as shall be approved of by the Counsel learned in the Law of the faid P. M. his Heirs or Assigns, convey and assure unto the said P. M. his Heirs and Affigns, or such other Person and Persons as the said P. M. his Heirs and Affigns, shall for that Purpose nominate or appoint, the Reversion and Inheritance in Fee-fimple, of all and fingular the before mentioned Closes, Lands, Hereditaments and Premisses, with the Appurtenances expectant upon the Death of the said E. the Wife of the faid first named S. H. if the same E. shall be then living, or in case she the same E. shall be then dead, the Freehold and Inheritance in Feesimple of all and fingular the Premisses, To have and to hold the fame unto the said P.
