CHAPTER 61.

An Act to amend "The Jury Act"

IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:

"The Jury Act"

1. Section 77F, added to "The Jury Act," being chapter 108 Section 777 of of the Revised Statutes of Manitoba, 1913, by 4 George V, amended. chapter 54, section 4, is hereby amended by adding thereto the following sub-section:
