CHAPTER 70.

An Act to amend "The Motor Vehicle Act"

IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:-

2. Section 9 of said Act, as amended by section 6 of chapter Section 9 41 of 5 George v, is hereby further amended by striking out all amended. the words in said section after the word "him" in the tenth line thereof and substituting therefor the words "to the original holder thereof, together with a certificate of registration for any other motor vehicle purchased by him on or before the first day of April following, upon payment of a fee of two dollars; and the new owner of the car originally registered shall again register the same and pay the regular fee therefor prescribed by this Act."

3. Section 19 of said Act is hereby amended by inserting Section 19 after the word "chauffeur" in the second line thereof the words amended. "or as a dealer in motor vehicles, or as a sales representative of any such dealer," and by inserting the words "or as a dealer in motor vehicles, or as a sales representative of any such dealer, as the case may be" after the word "chauffeur" in the third line of sub-section (4) of said section, and by inserting the words "and in case of a chauffeur" after the word "and" where it first occurs in the fifth line of said sub-section.
