OCHRE RIVER.

126. The Rural Municipality of Ochre River shall comprise townships 22, 23, 24 and 25, in ranges 16 and 17, whole or fractional, except section 36, in township 25, and range 16 west, and sections 1, 12, 13, 24, 25 and 36 in townships 22, 23 and 24, in range 16 west.

SHELL RIVER.

127. The Rural Municipality of Shell River shall comprise townships 25 to 28, inclusive, in ranges 28 and 29 west, and townships 27 and 28, in range 29A west, excepting the Village of Roblin.

Ste. Rose.

STE. ROSE.

128. The Rural Municipality of Ste. Rose shall comprise townships 22, 23 and 24, and sections 1 to 24 in township 25, all in ranges 14 and 15 west, whole or fractional, and sections 1, 12, 13, 24, 25 and 36 in townships 22, 23 and 24, in range 16 west.

Swan River.

SWAN RIVER.

129. The Rural Municipality of Swan River shall comprise sections 3 to 10, 15 to 22, and 27 to 34, in township 34, in range 27 west, and township 34, in ranges 28 and 29 west; all of townships 35 to 38k in ranges 27, 28 and 29 west, excepting the most easterly tier of sections in said townships, in range 27 west, and townships 32 and 33, in ranges 28 and 29 west, excepting the Town of Swan River.

IS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Assembly of Manitoba, enacts as follows:-

1. Section 58 of Chapter 136 of the Revised Statutes of Section 58 of Manitoba, 1913, being "The Municipal Boundaries Act," pal Boundaries is hereby repealed and the following substituted therefor: Act" repealed

SOUTH SAINT ANDREWS

58. The Rural Municipality of South Saint Andrews South Saint shall comprise fractional township 13 and sections 3, 2, 1, 6, 5, 4 and fractional section 3 in township 14, in the east half of range 3 east and in range 4 east, and those portions of the Parishes of Saint Andrews and Saint Clements lying west of the Red River and outside of the Town of Selkirk.

58A. The Rural Municipality of North Saint Andrews North Saint shall comprise townships 17, 16, 15 and 14 (except sections 3, 2, 1, 6, 5, 4 and fractional section 3 in said township 14), in the east half of range 3 and in range 4 east, fractional townships 14, 15, 16 in range 5 east, west of the Red River, and those portions of the Parish of Saint Peters lying west of the Red River and outside the Town of Selkirk.

2. The Rural Municipalities of South Saint Andrews and In E.J.D. North Saint Andrews shall be rural municipalities within the Eastern Judicial District.

3. The Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council may, by order- L.-G.-inin-council

(a) specify the date for the holding of an election for and councillors for the said municipalities of South Andrews and North Saint Andrews created by this Act;

5. (1) This Act shall come into force on the proclamation of the Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council, but such proclamation shall not be issued unless and until a majority of the duly vote of electors qualified electors of the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews,

(2) The persons entitled to vote on such question shall be all persons whose names appear on the last revised municipal voters' list of the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews on the day fixed for said voting.

(3) The time for taking such vote shall be during the month of July, A.D. 1916, to be determined by the Lieutenant-Governor in-Council.

(4) The Lieutenant-Governor-in-Council, shall also, upon the recommendation of the Municipal Commissioner, make such rules and regulations respecting the notice to be given of the submission of such question, the form of ballot papers for the purposes of voting, the appointment of a returning officer and deputy returning officers to conduct the said voting, and all other matters and things which may require to be determined and arranged for in order that such question may be duly and properly submitted to the qualified electors of the Rural Municipality of St. Andrews, as aforesaid.

CHAPTER 76.

An Act to amend "The Municipal Boundaries Act."
