The barometer for the most part of the month will range low, although it may get a little finer towards the latter part of the month, with a dryer air and more wind. The winds will be variable during the month, changing from northwest to north-north-east, and sometimes very cold from the easterly quarter. From the 7th to the 12th or 13th, the weather will be the worst, with the barometer very variable, and the temperature of the air for the whole month will not be above the average of what it usually is in February, |
