Westerly winds will be more general than any other, and proportionately pleasant weather will result. On the whole, the present September will be as fine, for the season, as we have had it for some years past. THE WEATHER.-The quantity of moisture in the atmosphere will have considerably increased over last month, although we do not anticipate any very great quantity of rain for the whole of the month, after the 21st or 22nd days more rain may be looked for, and the usual fogs that generally prevail towards the end of October, will, to a certain extent show themselves, but on account of the wind been frequently from the west we shall have less of those fogs than usual.
