The Packets for Gainsborough, Selby, Leeds, Thorne, Doncaster, Sheffield, York, Goole, &c., leave Hull from 2 to 3 hours before high water. THE WEATHER. The weather will be more moderate than it was during the last month, but still there is a considerable quantity or moisture in the air, but as the month advances the air will get dryer although February is seldom adry month and there will be no very great share of moisture in it for the present year. High tides at the full moon; and if the wind at that time be from the west or north-west, the tides at this time may do some damage by their overflow. THE WEATHER. At the begining of this month there is still a considerable quantity of moisture in the atmosphere, but as the month advances the air will get a little dryer, particularly after the sun has crossed the equinox, but very fine weather is not to be looked for during the present March, but we shall not have the wind so much from the east as we usually have it in this month.
