(b) As to the right of a purchaser of one of several plots laid out for building to the benefit of the restrictive covenants entered into by the purchasers of the other plots, see above, p. 286. That the benefit of restrictive covenants should be expressly conveyed, see Renals v. Cowlishaw, 9 Ch. D. 125, 11 Ch. D. 866; Tucker v. Vowles, [1893] 1 Ch. 195.
