AN ACT to vest certain Reserves at Mount ВЕ [Assented to 22nd December, 1910.] E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the Mount Lawley Reserves Act, Short title. 1910. 2. The parcels of land comprised in a Certificate of Title regis- Reserves revested tered in the office of Titles in Volume 345, folio 96, being portions in His Majesty. of Swan Location Y, and described respectively as "Recreation Reserve" on deposited plan No. 355 and as "Reserve for School" on deposited plan No. 2671, are hereby revested in His Majesty as of his former estate. 3. The reserve described on the said plan No. 355 is hereby Dedication of Λ numbered 12726, and is dedicated to the purpose of a public school site; and the reserve described on the said plan No. 2671 is hereby Λ numbered 12727, and is dedicated to the purpose of public recreation, and the purposes for which the reserves were originally made are hereby changed accordingly. Reserves. 4. The said parcels of land are hereby reserved to His Majesty Reserves classified as permanent reserves, and are classified as of Class A. By Authority: FRED. WM. This Act may be cited as the Southern Cross-Bullfinch Railway Act, 1910. 2. It shall be lawful to construct and maintain a railway from Southern Cross to Bullfinch, with all necessary, proper, and usual works and conveniences in connection therewith, along the line described in the Schedule to this Act. 3. Notwithstanding anything contained in the Public Works Deviation. Act, 1902, it shall be lawful for the Minister for Works to deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent of five miles on either side thereof. SCHEDULE. SCHEDULE. SOUTHERN CROSS-BULLFINCH RAILWAY. Description of Line of Railway. Commencing at a point in the Southern Cross Station Yard on the NorthamSouthern Cross Railway, and proceeding thence in a generally North-Westerly direction for about 22 miles, and terminating at a point in or near South-Western boundary-Allotment No. 73 of the Townsite of Bullfinch, as more particularly delineated and coloured red on map marked P.W.D., W.A., 15297, deposited as provided for by 2 Edw.
