in Parliament assembled, towards making good the Supply which we have cheerfully granted to Your Majesty in this Session of Parliament, have resolved to grant unto Your Majesty the sum hereinafter mentioned; and do, therefore, most humbly beseech

Your Majesty that it may be enacted: And be it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. There shall and may be issued and applied for or towards tion of £1,324,130. making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the year from 1st July, 1913, to 30th June, 1914, the Sum of Five Hundred and Seventy-six Thousand Three Hundred and Seventy Pounds out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund; and from Moneys to Credit of the General Loan Fund, Six Hundred and Forty-seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Pounds; and from the Loan Suspense Account, One Hundred Thousand Pounds; and the Treasurer of Western Australia is hereby authorised and empowered to issue and apply the moneys authorised to be issued and applied.

2. The said sums shall be available to satisfy the warrants under purposes voted by the hand of the Governor, under the provisions of the law now in force, in respect of any Services voted by the Legislative Assembly during the financial year ending 30th June, 1914.

AN ACT to amend the North Fremantle Municipal Tramways Act, 1907.

[Assented to 4th October, 1913.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the North Fremantle Municipal Short title. Tramways Act Amendment Act, 1913.

2. Subsection one of section seven of the North Fremantle Amendment of Municipal Tramways Act, 1907, is hereby amended

(i.) by inserting in the seventh line, after the word "them," the words "or for liquidating any principal moneys owing by the Municipality on account of any previous loan raised under this Act";

(ii.) by deleting the words "but the total amount so borrowed" and substituting the words "but the total amount of principal moneys owing on account of moneys borrowed under this Act";

(iii.) by deleting the words "in any case," and substituting

the words "at any time."

Section 7.

3. This Act shall take effect as from the beginning of June, Act to take effect as nineteen hundred and thirteen.

AN ACT to vest Wagin Town Lot 63 in the Municipality of Wagin.

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Wagin Agricultural Hall Short title. Transfer Act, 1913.

2. The land described in the Schedule hereto, of which Charles Wagin town lot 63 Austin Piesse, Richard Gell, and John Edward Cowcher are the vested in municiregistered proprietors in trust for the purpose of an agricultural pality. and public hall, is hereby transferred to and vested in the municipality of Wagin for an estate in fee simple, and shall be deemed to have been so vested in the said municipality from the first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nine.

THE SCHEDULE.

All that piece or parcel of land situate and being in the town of Wagin, containing thirty-five perches, and known as Wagin Town Lot 63, registered in the Titles Office, Volume 307, Folio 183.
