Where for the purpose of registering any deed conveyance or other instrument in writing a memorial has, whether before or after the commencement of this Act, been delivered for registration in the office of the Supreme Court or the Registrar-General, as by the law for the time being in force provided, such deed conveyance or other instrument shall not be deemed to have been or to be imperfectly or incompletely registered by reason only that after such memorial has been duly signed corrections necessary to make the same agree with the deed conveyance or instrument may have been made or particulars required for the registration may have been filled in before the verification thereof. 3.
