the Fourth, and the second and third years of Her Majesty's reign, with respect to the monies receivable by him under those Acts.

And be it Enacted, That from and after the passing of this Act, the 3 & 4 Will. 4, said Act passed in the fourth year of the reign of his late Majesty 5 King WILLIAM the Fourth shall be and the same is hereby repealed.

7. Act may be repealed.

And be it Enacted, That this Act may be repealed or amended in this Session of Parliament.
