The old text of " Saunders' Reports” contains so large an extent of useless matter, that it has been deemed expedient to omit it, and to substitute for it an abridgment of the several cases, to which the old notes may readily be applied.
The pleadings to be found in “Saunders' Reports ” have also been omitted, having become worthless as precedents in the present state of the law.
